Provide top quality support to each client, candidate and team member. I greatly enjoy getting to know people, what motivates them and how I can best support their professional goal or philanthropic spirit. I lead our West Coast Executive Placement and Contract teams.
🎯 Background
I completed a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from CSUN after changing my major 4 times…Physical Therapy, Psychology, Teaching and finally settled in Business. I must admit all majors are relevant for my profession, so it worked out. I’ve had the pleasure to work in multiple industries and specialties and take on some exciting challenges. I assisted in creating a top tier national MSP Delivery Center for a Fortune 500 HR Solutions company, lead a Think Tank in 2021 for another Fortune 500 HR Solutions company resulting in the largest year over year growth in the US in one of the most challenging years brought by the pandemic, launched multiple company’s direct hire practices and earned my SPHR and Butler Certification.
đź’ˇ Fun Fact
I did Folklorico and Flamenco dancing from age 6-19 and just picked it back up again this year. I always knew I missed it but didn’t know how much I would love the return. Not exactly like riding a bike but there was a little muscle memory left.
📦 Tools of the Trade
I never met a spreadsheet I didn’t like. I use Excel to help keep almost every facet of my life organized. I am a firm follower of Situational Leadership and always having at least 2 mentors to bounce ideas off of. I also couldn’t do what I do without coffee.
🏖️ Outside of Work
I love to watch sunsets, stargaze, I’m not selfish so I leave the sunrise for others, take hikes, go wine tasting, dance, volunteer with my daughter’s Girl Scout troop, bake, BBQ, paint and visit the Magic Castle.
