I assist all contract/consulting or interim staffing needs at Hoxton Circle for all our clients. Whether that’s recruiting for an opening that another colleague is managing or recruiting for job openings I manage, I’m always driving business for our agency by acquiring new clients and partners. I drive business forward for the consulting division initially then pivot to Hoxton Circle’s other solutions depending on the needs of our clients since we offer contingent permanent recruitment and retained options as well. I ensure clients understand the full scope of our service offerings while pushing our consulting division forward.

🎯 Background
I’m an educated sports-minded professional with a drive of being the best recruiter I can be, on the client and candidate side. I’m a former journalist/reporter that has carried my communication skills to the recruitment sector, so I can assist candidates in finding meaningful work while becoming a business partner to companies, entities of all sizes and scopes. I grew up in Monterey County and I’m a 3rd generation educated Hispanic, we work hard!

đź’ˇ Fun Fact
I’m a huge Lakers fan and love the “mamba mentality” since it can be used in all walks of life, not just sports. I’ve used this to be a consistent gym-goer and use my 3-year-old son as continued motivation to stay in shape, healthy body equals healthy mind. My son will also not beat me at any sports until he’s at least 18, and I have to stay in shape for that.
