I lead Hoxton Circle, an executive search and recruitment firm specializing in finance, accounting, HR and strategic leadership roles. I work closely with private equity firms, high-growth companies, and exceptional talent to connect people and opportunities that drive meaningful business impact. Whether it’s a retained CFO search or building out an interim project team, I stay hands-on, results-focused, and relationship-driven.
🎯 Background
I’ve been in executive recruitment for over 20 years (crazy, right?) and have built teams, offices, and businesses across both the UK and US. Before launching Hoxton Circle, I held leadership roles at global staffing firms, managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale hiring projects. I'm also a former British Army soldier—which probably explains my love for pace, precision, and getting sh*t done.
People often ask if my discipline comes from the Army. Truth is, it came from my dad—who kicked my ass in the right direction long before boot camp ever did.

I’ve got a knack for finding top-tier candidates—and great espresso. I split my time between New York, LA, and on the weekends anywhere with fast Wi-Fi and a solid coffee.
🏖️ Outside of Work
When I’m not partnering with clients or coaching the team, I’m finding ways to have fun. I’m a huge basketball fan (Brooklyn Nets), a bang-average golfer (just ask my network I regularly play with), a concert junkie, and increasingly down for a good philosophical debate.
