My approach to recruiting is best described as a concierge service. I take the time to understand what matters to each candidate and provide thoughtful, highly personalized support throughout the process. For my clients, I dig beneath the surface of a résumé to identify talented individuals who have the potential to step up, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

🎯 Background
Before joining Hoxton Circle, I served as the inaugural talent hire for BVP Forge, the private equity arm of Bessemer Venture Partners. I helped build the firm’s talent function from the ground up, creating hiring processes and toolkits for the portfolio to ensure consistency in candidate experience. I also worked on several C-suite level searches across the portfolio.
Earlier in my career, I was part of the growing talent team at Alpine Investors, where I led C-suite and advisory searches, developed candidate pipelines, supported portfolio company hiring leaders, worked on a compensation benchmarking initiative, and helped strengthen inclusive recruiting practices.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley with a focus on cognitive development, so you could say I have always been interested in what makes people tick!

📦 Tools of the Trade
Curiosity is one of my most valuable recruiting tools. I genuinely enjoy learning how different businesses operate and what separates an adequate candidate from someone who can truly elevate an organization.
I combine that curiosity with in-depth research, thoughtful outreach, and a highly personalized candidate experience. I spend most of my day on LinkedIn Recruiter, cherry picking the best profiles for clients. I've also used Pitchbook and Capital IQ to understand movement in the market.

🏖 Outside of Work
I spend most of my time taking my dog, Charles, on hikes and to the beach! I also love reading (targeting to read 40 books a year), traveling (I cannot recommend Vietnam enough) , and going to new restaurants (Mamanoko in San Francisco is my current favorite).
