🎯 Background
I recently graduated summa cum laude from Baruch College with an M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Before joining Hoxton Circle, I worked as a Crisis Counselor, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills while supporting individuals through challenging situations. My interest in understanding people, combined with my passion for helping candidates and clients succeed professionally, ultimately led me to executive recruiting.

I come from a big family-I'm one of five siblings and come from a mix of Egyptian, French, and Irish roots. I also love baking sourdough from scratch, and am always experimenting with new flavors.
