Our client, one of the largest publicly-traded digital banking platforms in the US, is looking for a fully remote VP, Assistant Controller to serve as the #2 to the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer & Controller. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the firm in order to further build a world-class accounting function while identifying and implementing process improvements. This is an ideal role for someone who’s a builder and can easily manage/move through change, and is also a doer.

Ideal profile includes public/private mix with added experience in commercial banking/financial services, as well as time in an SEC-regulated public company. Note: as a fully-remote role, the firm is open to candidates located across the US, but that are able to operate within EST.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8-12 years total accounting experience
• Industry experience includes public/private mix, followed by time in a high-growth publicly traded company, and commercial banking/fintech or financial services
• CPA
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience
