Our client, a global, multi-award-winning media agency is in search of a Senior Accountant to join their newly merged Accounting & Finance team. In this newly-created role you’ll assist the Manager in the daily accounting and quarterly forecasting for a successful business unit, in addition to providing project support, ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by the executive management, Controller and parent company.

In addition, you’ll participate in the monthly close, and compile and analyze the business unit forecast and budgets. Operating in a SOX-compliant environment, you’ll also manage intercompany reconciliations, and investigate fluctuations in financial information.

Ideal candidate profile:

• 2-3 years of public or 3+ years of private accounting experience
• BS in Accounting, CPA certification or Master's degree required
• A solid, natural communicator with comfort liaising with internal teams and executive management
