We're searching for a CPA with 6+ years of experience auditing/financial reporting for Public Companies to join a rapidly growing, listed, clean energy business, based in NYC.

The role will lead the preparation of financial statements, MD&A, disclosures and cyclical reporting in order to meet SEC requirements as well as consolidate the financial reporting from the global business.

The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has grown both revenues and operations considerably whilst being pioneers in providing solutions to very complex challenges faced by the Energy sector as the demand for clean energy increases. This hire is going to have a lead role in ensuring this growth is in a process-driven and scaleable way.

Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent (CA, ACCA) is a MUST have
• 6+ years of accounting/auditing of public companies, prior SEC reporting experience is preferred
• Ideally, candidates should have exposure to both USGAAP and IFRS given the international nature of the business
• Able to commute to and work in a Flatiron district-based office 5 days per week
