We're looking to hire an experienced and talented Director of Finance for a privately owned, industry-leading investor, developer, and manager of airports and transportation infrastructure around the world. A current network is composed of 15 airport and rail station operations in locations ranging from large capital cities and tourist destinations to smaller destinations in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe. These include multi-billion, complex developments, redevelopment, and construction projects. The Director of Finance will be the 2nd in lead finance and accounting person for a $5b redevelopment project.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Finance will support the company’s long-term financial health and growth. The Director of Finance will establish strategies, processes, and procedures that provide structure for the accounting and finance function and produce accurate and timely reports. The role will support senior stakeholders through effective and efficient budget management, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and other finance functions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Experience: Must have over 10 years of senior leadership within a complex, project-led construction and transport organization.
Salary Range: Depending on experience, c.$180,000 - $200,000. A flexible work home/office hybrid model in New York/Brooklyn.
