Accounting Analyst
Full-Time | Onsite (Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles, CA)
Salary: $80,000– $90,000 per year

Overview:
A growing organization in Manhattan Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team onsite 5 days per week. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong Excel skills, and preferably brings experience within financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting

• Prepare financial reports and support internal/external audits

• Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and timely processing

• Assist with process enhancements to improve workflow consistency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas required)

• Financial services experience preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
