About the RoleIn this add to headcount, you'll partner with the SVP of Property Accounting to further build-out and enhance policies, procedures and strategy. You'll also manage and mentor a dynamic team of property accountants, oversee the financial onboarding/offboarding of the firm’s assets, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and more.

Note this opportunity requires you to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week in office. Relocation package available.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of property accounting experience overseeing a high-volume portfolio (commercial assets preferred)
• Experience managing and developing a team (minimum size of 8), and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong use of Yardi (i.e. managing workflows, creating GL accounts, properties, charge codes and more)
