Our client—a PE-Backed, cutting-edge company at the forefront of AI and technology—is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. You’ll work on improving financial reporting, processes, data integrity, and systems—while learning from experienced leadership in a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing accurate and GAAP-compliant financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
  • Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Help develop scalable processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and ensure financial integrity.
  • Contribute to ongoing audit preparation and financial systems improvements.
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects aligned with the company’s growth.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in public accounting from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
  • 2 - 6 years of progressive corporate accounting experience in high-growth technology, professional services or business management services industries.
  • Active CPA license or current CPA candidacy with intent to complete certification this year.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting best practices.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with an eagerness to improve processes and implement systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Must be comfortable being in office 4 days per week (1 day remote).
