What You Will Do
Research, assess, and document US GAAP/SEC impacts of complex transactions; prepare technical white papers.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new agreements and transactions.
Serve as key contact for external auditors on accounting determinations and policy changes.
Support adoption of new standards, draft/update policies, and deliver internal training.
Lead accounting for M&A, divestitures, impairments, and coordinate with valuation teams.
Support capital raises and other major transactions.
What You Bring
BS/Master’s in Accounting; CPA required.
8–10+ years’ experience (Big 4 + industry technical accounting preferred).
Strong US GAAP/public company background; expertise in leases, revenue, debt, fixed assets, M&A.
Skilled in researching technical matters, drafting memorandums, and presenting findings.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proactive and results-driven.
Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams; Workiva experience a plus.
