Why This Role Is Exciting
If you love understanding how products are built, where costs live, and how data drives better decisions, this role puts you at the center of operations. You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to influence real outcomes — not just report on them. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with ownership, impact, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do

Own monthly inventory analysis including inventory reserves and warranty reserves
Lead the annual standard cost roll-up, working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy in the ERP system
Review and validate BOMs and routings before new products go live — your work directly impacts margins
Prepare and manage transfer pricing across multiple legal entities
Drive inventory revaluation and standard cost updates annually
Take the lead in internal and external operational audits, ensuring IFRS compliance
Run key parts of the month-end close including journal entries and account analysis
Coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts, investigate variances, and improve controls

Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect numbers to real-world processes
Advanced Excel skills and experience working in an ERP environment (SAP strongly preferred)
Clear communicator who can partner with non-finance teams
Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)
MBA, CMA, or CFA
Experience in multi-entity or global operations
Exposure to IFRS, audits, and standard costing environments
What You’ll Bring
Professional Strength: Cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, operational analysis

What You’ll Get
Competitive compensation: $110K–$135K base
A role with real ownership and operational visibility

A stable environment with opportunities to expand your scope and impact
