What you’ll do:

  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for mid-to-senior roles

  • Partner directly with executives and hiring managers to shape the right team

  • Source passive talent through LinkedIn, boards, and your own network

  • Guide candidates with clear, human communication (no black hole applications here)

  • Share insights and market intel that keep leadership ahead of the curve

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years of corporate recruiting experience

  • Success filling roles in Finance, Accounting, Ops, or Tech

  • Strong sourcing chops + comfort recruiting leaders 

  • Confident communicator, relationship-builder, and offer negotiator

  • Able to thrive independently in a remote setup
