Our mid-town client is looking to hire an Assistant Controller/Accounting leader with  7+ years of experience in  Real Estate/Property Management  and 10+ years overall accounting experience.

You must have Affordable Housing experience.

Salary:up to $190K+ Bonus

Office: 5 days in office *Can move to 4 days after 90 days*

KEYS:

• They want someone with executive presence, good work continuity with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, real estate and or property management industry are required.
• Experience in Yardi required.
• Affordable Housing experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
• CPA would be nice
  

Additional Details:

• They really want a hands-on candidate with problem solving skills & drive..
• Person tis role reports to has 25  years in property management
• They want someone that can eventually take over for the VP of Accounting in a few years once
• The role will have 1 director report
• Ability to grow within the organization.
