We’re hiring a Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable) for a client of ours in NYC (Lower Midtown)

This role is ideal for a detail-driven accounting professional with a minimum of 2 years AR experience who enjoys owning the full AR lifecycle while contributing to broader accounting and close processes.

You’ll manage invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations, partner cross-functionally with Wholesale, E-commerce, and Operations teams, and help drive process improvements across AR and reporting workflows.

The right candidate brings:

• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience, RLM experience preferred
• Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset
• Experience in retail/e-commerce/wholesale environments is a huge plus

Salary range is $80-90k

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business is a MUST
