Accounting Manager – Fashion Industry | NYC (Hybrid)

Location: Financial District, NYC (3+ days in-office)
Comp: $120–150K base + perks & clothing discount

This isn’t just another Accounting Manager role. It’s your steppingstone to Senior Executive leadership in a company where finance meets fashion—and no two days look the same.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close, audit prep, and compliance

• Manage and mentor a team of 4 (Senior Accountants x2, AP & AR Analysts)

• Partner closely with the CEO and Finance Director to connect the dots across departments

• Own ERP processes and help improve systems as the business scales

• Be the “go-to” for finance in a collaborative, creative open-office culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA = a big plus)

• 2+ years of team management—you know how to lead and motivate

• ERP power user mindset—RLM experience is ideal; implementation experience is a bonus

• Strong communicator with a “figure-it-out” attitude

• Background in small to mid-sized companies (bonus if you love fashion)

• Someone who thrives in an office culture—this role is 3+ days in-office
